Cindy Tufarella
Cindy Tufarella is a dual certified psychiatric and family nurse practitioner. She is certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center and licensed by the states of Ohio and Kentucky. She earned her bachelor's and master's degree in nursing from the University of Cincinnnati. She earned her post master's in psychiatric/mental health from Rivier University. She has worked in healthcare for over 20 years including inpatient and outpatient mental health, clinic, and urgent care settings. Her scope of practice includes all ages across the life span.

Tracey Nearon
Tracey Nearon is a certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. She is certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center and licensed by the states of Ohio and Kentucky. She earned her associate degree in nursing from the University of Cincinnati Raymond Walters, her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Ohio University, and her master’s degree in nursing from Northern Kentucky University. She has worked in healthcare for over 15 years with clinical experience in residential, inpatient acute care, and outpatient settings. Her scope of practice includes all ages across the life span.

Mark Switzer
Mark is a licensed independent social worker with over 25 years of experience working with children, families, and adults in Ohio and Kentucky. He is certified in Crisis Management, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Choice Therapy, Trauma-Informed Care, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and uses Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) concepts in his practice. Mark's career includes work in residential facilities, child services, juvenile detention centers, and counseling agencies. He currently works as an outpatient clinician at Children's Hospital Medical Center, focusing on trauma-informed care, ADHD, and using CBT and DBT techniques.

Kayla Slusher
Kayla Slusher, a certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, is licensed in Ohio and Kentucky through the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She holds a bachelor’s in nursing from Morehead State University and a master’s from Northern Kentucky University. With over 14 years of healthcare experience, including emergency medicine, intensive care, and geriatric psychiatric care, Kayla’s passion for mental health was sparked by witnessing the mental impact of physical trauma. As a mother of a special needs child, she brings a unique perspective, focusing on empowering patients physically, mentally, and emotionally across all age groups.
